Do you load the junk?
Yes. With full-service junk removal, we do the lifting, loading, hauling, and basic sweep-up when the job is complete.
How does a trailer rental work?
With Drop-Off & Haul-Away, we deliver the trailer to your location, you load it, and we return to haul it away. Or choose a Tow-It-Yourself Rental and tow and use the trailer yourself during the rental period. We’ll confirm the rules and requirements that apply to your option before scheduling.
Do I need to be home for trailer delivery or pickup?
Not always. If we have clear placement instructions and safe access to the drop-off area, we may be able to deliver or pick up without you being there. We’ll confirm the details with you first.
What if I need the trailer longer or need another load?
Call or text us at 304-220-8861. If scheduling allows, we may be able to extend the rental or arrange another haul or swap-out. Additional charges may apply.

We handle practical small-to-medium jobs for homeowners, sellers, landlords, property managers, and real estate professionals, including fixture and hardware replacement, minor pre-closing or inspection-response repairs, small carpentry work, cleanup, odd jobs, and everyday installations. Are estimates free?
Yes. Estimates are free, clear, and obligation-free.
What materials are not accepted?
We do not accept fuels, motor oil, wet paint, chemicals or solvents, pesticides or herbicides, medical waste or sharps, asbestos or suspected asbestos materials, explosives or ammunition, radioactive materials, regulated hazardous waste, unknown liquids, or unidentified sealed drums and tanks.
What should I do with heavy debris?
Call or text before loading shingles, concrete, brick, block, dirt, soil, or unusually heavy construction debris. We need to confirm the material, load type, and disposal options first.
What happens if a trailer is overfilled?
Stop loading and contact us. We cannot haul an overfilled load safely, so materials may need to be rearranged or removed before pickup.
What if the load cannot be tarped or secured?
Do not add more material. Contact us before pickup so we can explain what needs moved or removed. The load must be safe to tarp and secure before it can travel.
What if I’m unsure about an item?
